We offer a variety of services to support your journey into parenthood. Brittany and Candra are CAPPA Trained Doulas with a passion to support you in the best possible way. Our individualized care options include labor and delivery doula services, nutrition counseling, pelvic floor recovery, prenatal and postnatal personal training programs, and postpartum doula care.
I served in the Army as a medic and worked as a civilian ski patroller for many years before starting my own family. I have a long-standing love for fitness, travel and the outdoors. Aside from a passion for helping families in their birth and postpartum journeys, I strive to make a difference in my community. I am the proud wife of a soldier, and I am a mother. I have a little boy, twin girls and a pup. My pregnancy and births led me to be passionate about closing the gap in modern healthcare and putting the power of birth back into the hands of parents. My experience with obstetrics left a lot to be desired. Hiring a doula for the birth of my twins was a life altering (and lifesaving) experience. I want to be there to empower you, advocate for you, and support you and your decisions in every way to give you the best possible birth experience. Postpartum is a sacred time, hiring a postpartum doula can ensure you enjoy the time and recover with ease in a supported setting. I have taken additional courses in military culture, peri and postnatal mood disorders, lactation language, pregnancy discrimination, Spinning Babies Breach for Practitioners, and causes and consequences of childbirth-related PTSD.
